Warranty
All refurbished monitors and printers come with a 90 day warranty. Units needing warranty services must be returned to Imagewerks Computers, securely packed and have to accompany a valid RMA# issued by Imagewerks Computers Customer Service. Imagewerks Computers will then repair or exchange the item at its option and will return the replaced/repaired unit to its owner, insured and shipping pre-paid. Warranty services do not apply to items damaged because of the misuse or improper installation & handling of the unit by user. There is a restocking fee on non repair/damaged monitors. Refurbished Printers are exchange only.
